Minutes of Meeting on 16May08 AE Automotion CV Azmi Mathan Agus Slamet Muthu Tabang Barge Loading Conveyor â € “ GunungSari & JettySeniyur: 1) Delivery time shall be 6 weeks from down payment date. Includes: â € ¢ Main panel â € ¢ All electrical supply as per Bill of Quantity in Contract â € ¢ All installation supply as per Bill of Quantity in Contract â € ¢ Material shall be delivered at BCT port, prior to that, inspection and operational tests shall be held at CV.AZMI place 2) AE shall help in transporting CV.Azmi â € ˜ supplied materialsâ € ™ from BCT to Site, twice according to the project schedule. Transportation schedule shall be informed to CV.Azmi accordingly. Other than this two trips, CV.Azmi shall arrange their own transportation to deliver the balance materials to site. 3) Considering all electrical materials available at site and site is ready for electrical installation CV.Azmi shall complete entire installation of GunungSari in 6 weeks. This excludes any unexpected site delay from client side or nature. 4) Jettyseniyur Installation schedule shall be discussed and amended later. 5) CV.Azmi has confirmed payment terms as per Contract. 6) Considering increased market price, transportation cost and 2 months duration from final quotation, CV.Azmi asked for revision in their quotation with a price increment of 8, 000, 000Rp in both projects. Ae asked to consider our general practice and informed them, its hard to deviate from it. As Ae have released the contract approval for CV.Azmi and almost in the verge of releasing the PO, Ae asked to maintain the same previous price with any price increment. Considering the same and long term relationship CV.Azmi agreed the same and confirmed their previous quotation price for PO. 7) CV.Azmi have requested for the PO and Downpayment on or before 26th May08, On receiving the PO confirmation, they shall immediately proceed with Invoice and on receiving Downpayment confirmation, they shall proceed with works. 8) Reference to the previous email from CV.AZMI, they were asking increase the price value for the Gn.Sari and Jt.Seniyur due to increase the market value and transportation cost. Considering project status and urgent delivery schedule AE in the ( â € ¦ ..) closing this order and hands, AE Request CV.AZMI to maintenance same final value submitted earlier. AE also request CV.AZMI to consider along term relation ship with us.
